Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoon ground almonds approx 15 g
  • 120 ml natural yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Gently stir the ground almonds and yogurt together until well mixed.
  • Add optional ingredients as desired.

Notes

  • For a higher protein almond parfait, use Greek yogurt. 
  • Optional ingredients can be added to the bowl, or for a pretty dessert, layer in a glass.
  • Ground almonds are also known as almond meal in some countries.
