Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 1 teaspoon dried or fresh mixed herbs
  • 100 ml water
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add the whole chicken to the slow cooker along with the herbs, water and seasoning.
  • Cook on low for 6 hrs, or adjust to suit your slow cooker. Slow cookers do vary, so check carefully that the chicken is properly cooked through.
