peeled and very finely chopped or crushed

olive oil

tomato puree

or use fresh thyme or basil
salt and pepper

Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a pan over a medium heat and add the onion. Cook for 5 mins until starting to soften.
Add the remaining ingredients and simmer over a low heat for 20 mins.
